Gilded Jade: a Zhongli-jiejie zine is an unofficial, for-profit, Genshin Impact zine centered around one of the alternate forms of Zhongli, as implied in canonical game lore such as the Liyue book series, Rex Incognito. In the Genshin community, this form is popularized as Zhongli-jiejie. The fanzine features artworks and fanfiction up to the free interpretation of each individual contributor, contains both canon-compliant and AU works, and is rated PG-16.
1. Who are the contributors for Gilded Jade? For Glazed Honey?
Here is where you can find all our lovely mods, artists, and writers for Gilded Jade! The side zine Glazed Honey is composed of a smaller group of artists and writers from the main zine.
2. Where is Gilded Jade shipping from?
We will be shipping from California, USA. All prices listed on this site are in USD.
3. When will items be shipped? When will the PDF orders of the zine be sent out?
Aftersales items are planned to ship once a week in batches. Zine PDFS will be sent via email to customers within 48 hours of purchase.
4. Is X available? Does Y bundle qualify for stretch goals?
Only the listings shown in the store are available. Stretch goals were included as free extras only in the prior preorder period, and are no longer included for free in aftersales. Stretch goals are treated as individual items.
4. Are sales available internationally?
Yes, we can ship to nearly any location except the following (as of Sept 16):
- Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.
At this time, none of our shipping couriers are able to deliver to these locations. Orders to these locations will be cancelled.
US and Canada orders will be shipped via USPS. Most international orders will be sent via Asendia, unless only USPS can reach the country. Tracking is included for all orders, and insurance is available for purchase. However, PDFs can be purchased by anyone regardless of whether their country is listed.
6. How much will shipping cost? May I join/host a group order?
Shipping costs may vary based on the weight of your order. You may receive an exact quote by adding your desired items to cart and inputting your information at check-out without submitting your order. Yes, group orders are allowed. The Gilded Jade team is not responsible for any issues that may occur due to the group order host's errors—please join at your own risk.
7. What if my order arrives incorrect or damaged? Return and exchange policy?
- Incorrect order: Please contact us via email at [email protected] with images of all the items you received attached. We will either: give you a replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the situation as well as whether we have any extras. Your order is subject to inspection.
- Damaged order (with insurance purchases only): Please contact us via email with images of the damaged item(s), the outer packaging with the shipping label, and the inner packaging with all of the packaging materials. We will either: give you a replacement, a partial/full refund, or file a claim with Asendia/USPS depending on the situation as well as whether we have any extras. Your order is subject to inspection.
- Missing/lost order (with insurance purchases only): Please contact us via email, given 20 days for USA shipments and 40 days for all other shipments. We cannot file missing/lost claims until those periods have passed. Please also do not wait too long to notify us—as soon as possible is best. After a claim has been filed, we will either: give you a replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the situation as well as whether we have any extras. Your order is subject to inspection.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. As this is now the aftersales period, please understand we cannot guarantee replacements for items. We can only return compensation for damaged, missing, or lost packages if insurance was selected and purchased at checkout. If the package is returned for any reason such as an incorrectly entered address, it can be resent it for the same shipping cost.
9. Who is responsible for customs fees?
The customer will be responsible for handling any customs fees, VAT fees, and any other fees, as we have no control over them. Please be prepared for these fees when you purchase.
10. After shipment begins, how long will it take to receive my order?
Originally, US orders can take from 2 to 10 days, and international orders can take from 1 week to 4+ months. However, due to COVID and USPS-related delays, estimated shipping times are now less reliable and shipments may be delayed, even up to half a year. This is also unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that some countries have been especially delayed with getting through customs—we unfortunately will not know any more about where your packages are other than is shown on tracking numbers.
